Shipping

We prepare and send your orders within 48 working hours.

For all purchases over €55, for mainland France, Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, your delivery costs with Bpost or Colissimo are capped at €4.99.

When you place your order, you can choose between three shipping methods:

1. Delivery:
   If you make this choice, your parcel will be sent to the address of your choice.
   You can even choose the partner to whom we will entrust your parcel.
   1. Postal services:
      Depending on the destination country of the parcel, our system offers you either the Belgian postal service or the French postal service.
      Parcels are handled by the Belgian postal services on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
      Parcels are picked up by the French postal services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
   2. UPS:
      Orders picked up by UPS are from monday to friday
2. UPS access points:
   When you make this choice, we entrust your order to the care of UPS who will forward it to the relay point of your choice.
   You will then have 14 days to collect it.
3. Collect your order from our shop:
   If you choose this option, we will be delighted to see you in person when you collect your parcel from our shop in Nil-St-Vincent.
   For this method, no shipping fees are added.

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number. This will be sent to you by e-mail.
