Le chanvre tout comme le lin, est une fibre d'origine végétale, elle est de plus en plus cultivée dans la zone France-Belgique.
Léger, très confortable en été, pour des chemises, des blouses,...
Les fibres de chanvre sont longues et solides. Le chanvre nécessite très peu d'eau pour pousser. La plante est résistante aux insectes et aux maladies, ce qui permet de ne pas utiliser de pesticides.
