    Le WAX est un coton huilé, utilisé depuis la fin du 19ème siècle. Employé notamment par Barbour pour les vêtements de plein air.
     
    Son aspect est tout à fait particulier, dès les premières manipulations du tissu, il prend une très belle patine , avec un effet de marbrure typique.
    Authentique, et confortable, il est totalement imperméable et coupe-vent.
